Debussey

Debussey MF is a 4 year old 16.3 hand grey Hanoverian out of Don Principe (Donnerhall/Prince Thatch xx) and Oldenburg mare Windsong.  Uphill with great balance and athleticism.  Light on his feet with a quiet and willing temperament.  Very flashy and FEI young horse potential. 

Debussey has been lunged in full tack and has been very lightly backed.  He goes walk/trot under saddle and is quiet and very willing.  Successful at breed shows with scores in the 70s.  Outstanding trot and canter and excellent overstep in the walk.

No vices, health or soundness issues.  Loads, clips, stands for the farrier.    A favorite in the barn due to his wonderful temperament and friendly attitude.

 

Debussey’s Sire Don Principe was Region 8 Reserve Intermediare 2 Champion and won the Intermediare 1 Championship with a wonderful score.

Other Don Principe offsprings are also very successful at breed shows and under saddle.  Here are some 2010 scores from the Good Horseman Breed Show in Atlanta, Georgia:

Diamond Court MF won his class with 83.8% and was Reserve Foal Champion.  Court was High Score of the Show, High Score Hanoverian, High Score BITUSA; Sunday he won his class as well with an 83.4% Was Foal Champion and Reserve Foal Champion for Regionals with an 82%.

Dawn MF 83.6% winner of her class. Filly, Young and Grand Champion! High Placing Hanoverian. Was Reserve Filly in the Regionals with a score of 83.1 %.  What made t his so sweet was that I recieved the news about Don Principe being Champion in NY at the same time they were announcing Court's Reserve!

Donna Hall MF won her class with 85.4%!! on Sunday--10 on the walk. Third in the regional Filly Championship.
